The very name of the trample fetish tends to confuse things from the very beginning. While the savagery of the word meshes with S&M the implied destructiveness makes it sound inherently dangerous.
When Alexandra first shared her interest in trampling me the little hairs on the back of my neck went stiff: “Wow, I didn’t know she was into anything scary!”
Naturally I decided to research trample as a form of sadomasochistic play. Finding the words of men who were proud of cracked bones wasn’t encouraging. And there was the poor fool who wanted women to stand on his eyeball wearing heels. Men like that let me know I’m not half the pervert I’ve thought I am.
Most people women who trample men simply walk on them. They do it carefully and in a very controlled manner.
Trample is one of the least known kinks. Video clips of women seemingly stomping on men don’t help matters. Though if you see how the clips are edited and understand that some of these guys are professional stunt bottoms you will realize that what you see may not be really what went on.

You have a pretty good grasp on the trample fetish. However you mention that “what viewers see may not be what is going on”. The taping of a one hour trample video actually takes many hours. Sometimes several days. It is, after all a video production, and there are many considerations to producing a video. The trample victim is getting a lot of what he likes, but in most cases will be getting more punishment than he can take. Here’s where the “safe word” comes in. The safe word is a word that when spoken during taping, everything comes to a halt. The models get off the victim and the cameras stop taping. The safe word might be “cut” or “mercy” etc. During the taping of a trample video, the safe word might be used many times. The producers are trying to provide a video that is a little more than just a girl carefully stepping on a guy. However, if you interview the male AND female models involved in trample videos you will find that everything is carefully controled. It is also full weight, full force, and what viewers see, is in fact, what is going on. The only portions edited out are the short breaks that the male victim needs.
